Sunday Treat: Peanut Butter & Pretzel Truffles

It's Sunday. Everyone is relaxing around the TV, or maybe you're finishing up some chores around the house. You're feeling a little peckish and you're craving something sweet. Sweet but healthy, you think. A piece of fruit? Well, not that healthy!

I have just the thing!

These Peanut Butter & Pretzel Truffles are sweet, and they're also packed full of important nutrients! They contain protein in the form of peanut butter and antioxidant power in the form of chocolate (the darker the better). They're also relatively easy to make. Enjoy!

  4. Wow, these look so good! I definitely have to make these. I agree pretzels are great with chocolate and adding peanut butter can only make them better! =D I think I worded my blog post where I said all foods are good with either cheese or chocolate except pretzels wrong, because I actually meant pretzels are good with BOTH! =)

  5. Becky, thanks for your comment (sorry I missed it in... August? wow!). Just so you know, I actually consider these a health food item. They have protein, grains and flavanoids! I'm pretty sure they are doctor approved. :)
