Shades of Autumn: Yellow

I'm linking up today with Project Alexia for her Shades of Autumn Photo Challenge.

Shades of Autumn Photo Challenge

Some very supportive friends suggested my photos might be worthy (thanks ladies!), so I thought, What the heck! We love the fall here in Alberta. It doesn't last long but it's spectacularly beautiful!

Here is my "Yellow" fall photo challenge submission:

And here are some more fun photos from my neck of the woods. Enjoy!

  12. Those colors are just amazing...I love fall. It's the inbetween of the seasons...not too cold, not too hot, not too rainy...

  13. Satakieli, thank-you! :) I will see if I can still find some orange. We are fast approaching winter here.

Rachel, thanks. I feel the same way - it feels just perfect for about two or three weeks here. It's a magical time of year.

  14. Fantastic photos! I really love the composition in that first one, with the tree centred, and the poles acting like staccato points on either side. Great job! The panoramic view of the last one is stunning...and your Cookie is adorable! :)
