Would you believe he sat still? Cooperated even when I asked to take his photo. It was for his teacher to put in his "This is Me!" book at school. Perhaps that had something to do with it. These photos turned out so well, I'm sending them to relatives with Christmas cards this year. Ah... sorry to ruin the surprise, relatives.

He is so handsome!
ReplyDeleteWhat wonderful pictures! He did a great job.
ReplyDeleteThank you for commenting on Alison's post.
Love his rosy cheeks and brown boyish hair!
ReplyDeleteI love the photos. They certainly did turn out well. What kids will do for their teachers, huh?
ReplyDeleteThanks Melissa. Of course I think so, but I'm slightly biased. :)
ReplyDeleteJDaniel4's Mom, thanks! I really enjoyed Alison's post. Great feature you have there!
Thanks June. :) I think he's pretty cute myself!
Bruna, so true! :) At least he cares about his teacher - so sweet!
Great pictures of him! He's such a handsome boy! And using them as Christmas cards is a great idea! :)
ReplyDeleteYou have some mad skills! He is such a handsome boy. Last one, you must frame!
ReplyDeleteWhat a handsome little fella!! Love the pics!!
ReplyDeleteHe is just so cute! Those are such great pictures!
ReplyDeleteAw, thanks G! I've never been able to bring myself to pay someone to make Christmas photo cards for me - though I love them. I try to get just one good shot of him each year, and this year he really came through!
ReplyDeleteThank-you, Stasha! I love this last photo. It's already framed and on my dresser! :)
Veronica, thank-you! I'm really pleased with how they turned out. :-)
Thanks Barbara. When I see this face, I almost want him to stay just like this... but I also want to see what he will become.
Not only does he make an awesome little fireman he is just a perfect little model! He could be in Kiddie GQ!
ReplyDeletewhat a handsome little man! I'd have to hot glue mine to the bench!
ReplyDeleteAdo, he usually sticks his hand in front of the camera and says, "Mommy, no!" So, this was a real treat!
ReplyDeleteRory - hot glue! :D That could result in some interesting photos!
Oh my goodness - he is handsome! You guys did an awesome job with those pictures =) I love them!!
ReplyDeleteThanks Christina! He's a pretty great kid!
ReplyDeleteYour son is adorable and the pictures look fantastic. You should def do your own Christmas cards, your shots are great!
ReplyDeleteThank-you Sarah! :)
ReplyDeleteI have to admit that I am a little jealous because I could never get my little one to sit still for that long. :)

What a cutie! He did a great job posing!
ReplyDeleteOh these are great pics of your little man!!! He is absolutely adorable! My youngest son rarely sits still for photos either and he just turned 9!!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting Shanon. This one rarely sits still either!
ReplyDeleteThanks Stacey. I was really impressed with him too!
Thanks Wendy. Total fluke! And I expect it won't get any easier, will it?
Great pictures! Has he always let you take his picture? I can't get Blake to look at the camera and smile.
ReplyDeleteOMG I can't wait for the age when Lilah will do this for me. That first one in the swing is my fave - am I allowed to describe him as gorgeous, or is that no boyish enough? Because handsome doesn't even begin to cover it!
ReplyDeleteCarri, no, this is the first year he actually posed for me. Typically I am chasing him around with the camera catching him in between moving... very challenging!
ReplyDeleteAmanda, thanks. Well, I did use the word pretty in this post. :) I think if there is damage to be done by a feminine influence, I've already done it! And his favourite colour is pink (not my doing).
Look at him being the perfect photo model!
ReplyDeleteI was very pleased with him that day, Natalie! :)
ReplyDeleteThe last picture is my favourite!!
ReplyDeleteGREAT job!
Thanks Leighann! That last one is my favourite too.
ReplyDeleteAaaah, so awesome! This leaves me wondering what my little guy's pictures are going to look like a few years down the road . . .
ReplyDeleteHe'll be a heartbreaker, Deb, just like he is now! :)
